Enter your delivery address and select DHL, DPD or GLS during checkout. Review the delivery cost before placing your order.
We pack your part carefully
We choose packaging to suit the size, weight and shape of the part, protect vulnerable areas and secure it against movement.
Dispatch from Germany or France
Your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Germany or France, depending on where the part is stored, and handed to the selected carrier.
Receive and inspect
For France, Germany and Austria, processing takes 2–3 business days and delivery takes 4–5 business days after dispatch: an estimated 6–8 business days in total. Processing and delivery operate Monday to Friday. The daily order cut-off is 22:00 Paris time. Orders received after the cut-off or on weekends are processed from the next business day.

Protection suited to each part
Used auto parts come in different shapes and sizes. We take care to pack each item securely for transport, from small components to large body panels.
- Packaging matched to the dimensions, weight and fragility of the part.
- Protective material around vulnerable surfaces, corners and mounting points.
- Internal padding and secure positioning to reduce movement inside the package.
- Reinforced packaging or a suitable transport solution for large and heavy parts.

Germany and France → across the EU
For France, Germany and Austria, processing takes 2–3 business days and delivery takes 4–5 business days after dispatch: an estimated 6–8 business days in total. Delivery to France, Germany and Austria costs €20 for the complete order, including large and heavy parts. Choose from the delivery methods available at checkout.
- This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed arrival date.
- For other EU destinations, the delivery price is calculated at checkout and delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. Transport restrictions for certain parts still apply.
- Please provide a complete delivery address and a telephone number where the carrier can reach you.
ON ARRIVAL
Check the packaging and your part
Check the outer packaging and the part as soon as possible. If you notice damage, ask the carrier to record it, keep the packaging, take clear photographs and contact EuroPartHub promptly. Keep the part unmodified while we review the issue with you.
