ONLINE SALES TERMS

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how orders for used OEM auto parts are formed, paid, delivered and handled after purchase.

Mandatory EU consumer rights are not limited by these terms. If a provision conflicts with applicable consumer law, the mandatory rule applies. Business purchases may be subject to different statutory protections.

1. PARTIES AND CONTACT

The seller and the customer

The seller and legal operator of the EuroPartHub online store is RIIBENG CASSE SARL, trading as EuroPartHub, 15 Rue des Tuileries, 67460 Souffelweyersheim, France. Registered office: Souffelweyersheim, France. Managing Director: Bruse Riibeng. VAT ID: FR77399486481. Email: orders@europarthub.com. The customer is the person or business identified in the order.

2. PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

Used parts are individually described

  • Products are used unless explicitly stated otherwise and may show normal signs of previous use.
  • Listing photographs are intended to show the actual item unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • The customer must compare the OEM number, vehicle details, position, connectors, mounting points, equipment and photographs before ordering.
  • Vehicle selection tools and support are aids; they do not replace confirmation through the manufacturer catalogue or a qualified professional where required.
  • Only components shown, described or expressly included form part of the sale.

3. ORDER AND PRICE

How the contract is formed

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when EuroPartHub expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods. Prices and currency are shown before the customer places an order. Delivery, taxes, customs charges or other applicable costs are shown or explained before payment where they can reasonably be calculated.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment, dispatch and risk

Payment

Use an available checkout method and the correct order reference. Dispatch may wait until cleared payment and verification.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Large items may require freight or pallet transport.

Receipt

The customer should inspect the packaging and goods promptly and retain evidence of visible transport damage.

5. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

After the order

EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for distance purchases, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. The customer must notify EuroPartHub clearly and return the goods within the applicable period. Direct return costs are normally paid by the customer when disclosed in advance. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods can result in liability for diminished value.

For an incorrect, damaged or allegedly defective item, contact EuroPartHub promptly with the order number and evidence. Do not install, paint, code, dismantle or modify the part before the issue has been reviewed. Statutory EU remedies for non-conforming goods remain available.

6. LIABILITY AND EVENTS OUTSIDE CONTROL

Reasonable limits

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, EuroPartHub is not responsible for indirect business loss, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or a compatibility decision made contrary to the available product information. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but the affected party must act reasonably to reduce the impact. If the exact item shown in the listing becomes unavailable before dispatch, EuroPartHub may fulfil the order by supplying a suitable equivalent. The replacement part may be dispatched from another country. Any authorised return or exchange must be sent to the return address provided for the relevant shipment. This address may be located in the country from which the item was dispatched. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase or an exchange requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

7. LAW AND DISPUTES

Resolving a concern

These terms and the contractual relationship are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which they habitually reside. Statutory rules on international jurisdiction remain unaffected, including a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before a competent court at the consumer’s place of residence where applicable. Contact EuroPartHub first so the matter can be reviewed.
